Hello Hathaway Park NA, I received great news today from DOT that they will be installing a 50-ft red curb on the southeast corner of Payne and Southwood. The work should be completed in 4-6 weeks. I'd recommend trying it sometime, to really get an idea of what our neighborhood is like from ground level. My rough calculations: 2.76 miles ( so avg speed 2.76 miles an hour :) area of the neighborhood: about .31 square miles. -s
